- **Booking Confirmation**: A reservation is considered confirmed when the guest receives a confirmation email from Hill Tower Hotel. Bookings made via phone, email, or our website will be subject to availability.
- **Deposit**: For certain bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be clearly specified during the booking process.
- **Cancellation and Refund Policy**: Guests may cancel their reservations up to 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- **Check-in Time**: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request, depending on room availability.
- **Check-out Time**: Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be arranged with prior approval and may incur additional charges.
- **Identification**: Guests are required to present valid identification (passport, national ID, or driver’s license) at check-in.
- **Accepted Payment Methods**: Hill Tower Hotel accepts payments via credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. The hotel reserves the right to request pre-payment or a valid credit card for security purposes.
- **Taxes and Fees**: All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any local taxes, city taxes, or service charges will be added to the total bill at checkout.
- **Respect for Other Guests**: Hill Tower Hotel aims to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for all guests. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of other guests. Any disruptive behavior, loud noises, or inappropriate conduct may result in eviction from the property without a refund.
- **Damages**: Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property caused during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any repairs or replacements of damaged items.
- **Room Service**: Room service is available during operational hours. Guests are responsible for any charges incurred for room service.
- **Restaurant and Bar**: Guests are welcome to dine at our on-site restaurant and enjoy beverages at the bar. The restaurant’s operating hours are available at the front desk.
- **Lost and Found**: Hill Tower Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. We recommend that guests use the in-room safe provided for storing valuables.
- **Hotel Liability**: The hotel is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property occurring during your stay, except where caused by negligence on the part of the hotel.
Hill Tower Hotel collects personal data, including names, contact details, and payment information, to process bookings and provide services. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Hill Tower Hotel is not liable for failure or delay in the performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
